We didn't build Alike alone
Our partners and supporters, from national charities to funders, creatives and corporates, are part of the reason we exist.

They’ve backed us with belief, time, trust and care. And together, we’re proving what’s possible.
Macmillan Cancer Support
The UK’s leading cancer charity, Macmillan Cancer Support, is on a mission to do whatever it takes to ensure people with cancer get the best support possible. Macmillan believed in Alike’s potential and made it possible for us to rebuild V3 of our app from the ground up by funding the hiring of our in-house engineering team. Their support has been genuinely transformative. Together, we’re working to reach the communities where cancer can feel most isolating, whether through face-to-face or digital support.
Young Lives vs Cancer
The OGs. Young Lives vs Cancer are there to make sure children and young people with cancer and their families have the support they need to navigate the emotional and practical impact of cancer. They supported Bradley first as a young survivor, providing care after his first diagnosis in London and again when cancer returned a second time. Later, they inspired and mentored him as he started piecing Alike together. Today, that history has grown into a truly authentic partnership built on trust and a shared ambition. Every young person deserves to have their voices heard and unique needs understood, so they can get the right care and support and build the community connections they want.
Teenage Cancer Trust
An early champion of Alike. Teenage Cancer Trust exist to ensure no young person faces cancer alone, providing world-class specialist care and support. They stood by us from the very beginning and continue to amplify our mission with belief and conviction, helping to turn vision into reality. Together, we’re making sure every young person has access to both professional care and community support that truly understands, wherever they are.

Youth Cancer Europe
The European innovators. Youth Cancer Europe are building a pan-European movement to change the future of young people with cancer, keeping lived experience at the heart of advocacy and policy. We’ve been collaborating with YCE since day one. Their vision, creativity and determination to do things differently have shaped and inspired our work. Together, we’re making sure young voices lead change across borders.

Trekstock
The legends helping people in their 20s, 30s and 40s rebuild strength and rediscover confidence after a cancer diagnosis. Trekstock have been one of Alike’s closest collaborators. Together, we’re creating 24/7 access to peer support through our platform, alongside seamless access to Trekstock’s essential programmes that help redefine life during and after treatment. Their partnership continues to energise and inspire us, ensuring young adults with cancer get the support they need at every stage.
Black Women Rising
The UK’s leading cancer support project for Black women, founded by Leanne Pero MBE. Black Women Rising provides safe spaces, support groups and vital programmes that address the inequalities Black women face during and after cancer. Our partnership is rooted in friendship, and the connection forged through Leanne and Bradley’s experiences of cancer. Together, we’re exploring how digital support can help Black women across the UK seamlessly access BWR’s services. Their innovation continues to inspire us to reflect on our role and take responsibility in responding to injustice in cancer care, always with authenticity at the heart of it.

OUTpatients
The UK’s only LGBTQ+ cancer charity, founded by Stewart O’Callaghan (they/them). OUTpatients bring together research, policy and lived experience expertise to improve cancer care and advocacy for LGBTQ+ communities. As a queer cancer survivor, Bradley has a deep admiration for their work, which goes beyond representation to drive real change. Their research and insight help us strengthen the Alike app, ensuring our platform works for queer people affected by cancer. Our collaboration is built on mutual respect and a shared belief in the power of lived experience to shape meaningful improvements in LGBTQ+ healthcare.

Cancer in Common
Created by Chloe Dixon after her own cancer diagnosis, Cancer In Common has grown from an online story into a nationwide movement built on shared experience. Run by an incredible network of volunteers, it provides fun, informal, and safe spaces to meet others in the cancer community. Together, we want to make sure everyone impacted by cancer has the chance to share those special in-person moments. Whenever you’re ready to take things offline, Cancer In Common has a space and a seat waiting for you. Check out an event near you!
